Four routes, one mailbox

Every route below is read by a person rather than a ticket queue. The subject tag is what marks a correction or a takedown notice as what it is.

One mailbox serves all four routes, and that is stated here rather than disguised with four aliases that all forward to the same inbox — a reviewer who writes to two of them and gets the same person has caught us dressing up the operation. Use the subject tag: it is what sorts a shared mailbox.

The routes

Where to write, and when you will hear back

The four contact routes, each with the mailbox and the subject tag to use, and the window within which a reply is sent.
Route Mailbox Response within
Editorial and corrections grsites15@gmail.com Subject prefilled [GR-CORRECTION]. Factual errors, right of reply, requests to amend or remove editorial content.
Advertising and invoicing grsites15@gmail.com Subject prefilled [GR-ADS]. Rates, orders, invoices and the agency tier. A configured order from the rate card is quoted faster than an open question.
General enquiries grsites15@gmail.com Subject prefilled [GR-GENERAL]. Anything the three routes above do not cover, including contributor and syndication enquiries.

Response windows are working commitments, not automated acknowledgements. If a correction is upheld it is made on the article itself and dated — the editorial standards set out what that involves.

What this form does

It composes a message and hands it to your own mail application. It does not send anything from this page, and nothing you type here reaches us until you press send in your mail client. There is no third-party form service, no analytics on the fields, and no data leaves your browser on its own.

If your device has no mail application set up, use Copy message below and paste it into whichever mail you do use. The address is on the button.

We reply to this address and use it for nothing else.
This sets the subject tag that sorts the mailbox.
For a correction, include the article URL and what it should say. For an order, the titles and the destination URL.

The entity

Who you are writing to

G R Sites, an independent publisher of fifteen titles, publishing since 2008.

G R Sites is a trading name. It is not an incorporated company, it holds no company registration number, and it does not maintain a public registered office. We state that rather than leave you to infer it from its absence, and we would rather publish no address than publish one that is not real.

The contact of record for the network is grsites15@gmail.com, and one mailbox takes all four routes — editorial and corrections, advertising and invoicing, legal and takedown, and general enquiries — including service of any legal or takedown correspondence. If you need a postal address for a formal notice, ask on the legal route and one will be provided to you directly.

There is no map on this page, no chat widget, and no telephone number — because there is no office to find, nobody staffing a chat window, and no phone that would be answered. A number that rings out is worse than no number at all.
